Return & Refund Policy

PLEASE READ OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY:

ORDER CHANGES:

For any modifications to your existing order, kindly email us at [email protected]. You have the option to annul your order without any charges within a 24-hour window after the order has been confirmed. Beyond that timeframe, refer to the subsequent sections for comprehensive guidance on how to proceed with order returns.

RETURN:

Our return guidelines allow for a 30-day window, starting from the date your item was delivered, for you to initiate a return request.

For your return to be authorized, the product should be in the same state as when you received it, meaning it should be unused or unworn, have all its tags intact, and be in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or some form of purchase validation is required.

To commence the return process, reach out to us via email at [email protected]. Upon approval, you will receive detailed directions on how and where to mail your item back to us. Please note that unsolicited returns that arrive without prior notification will not be processed.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS?

  1. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your return request, order number, and the reason for the return.

Please find the following reasons for return:

In case you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  2. Follow the instructions received and send your order to the address: 439 East Tamaki Road, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand.
  3. We expect to process your refund within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. Once our warehouse inspects your return order, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the speed of your bank transactions.

WHAT IS THE RESTOCKING FEE?

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

DAMAGED ITEM (IF APPLICABLE)

We’re sorry if you’ve received a damaged item.

If you believe you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us no later than 5 business days after receiving the package. Include a picture where the damages or flaws are seen clearly. Briefly describe the damages, and send the description and photo(s) to [email protected]. We will review the case and either reship a replacement for the damaged item or issue a refund (including the return shipment). Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded.

MISSING ORDERS:

We’d like to point out that instances of misplaced orders are exceedingly rare with our company.

An order that is delayed for 60 business days will be deemed as lost. Such “Lost orders” will be fully refunded.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS:

Please be advised that packages that are refused, or not received due to the recipient’s oversight (such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, or failing to collect the package), will not be eligible for a refund.

INCORRECT ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please send it back to us and we’ll refund you (including the return shipment) if it’s incorrect.
